Author Events and Updates
Author Joseph L Licari will be attending the following upcoming events. His children’s books will be available for purchase and “signed by the author” at most of these locations:
- July 24th (Thursday) – Long Island Authors Books and Bites – 5:30–8:30 PM
- Fire Island Vines (FIV), 17 E Main St, Bay Shore, NY 11706.
- Join us at this buzzing downtown Bay Shore venue for a special evening filled with books, bites, wine, and community connection! This is one of our most anticipated events of the year!

- July 25th (Friday) – Family Fun at The Rams Head Inn, Shelter Island, NY – 5:00 PM
- Join us for a special event – Enjoy an exciting reading and interactive workshop featuring Mia’s Mouses and Mia’s Marvelous Farm Adventure, complete with puzzles and worksheets. Book signings and photos immediately following. Perfect for kids 5-10 — bring the family for a day on Shelter Island and stay for the learning and fun!

- March 27th – SSPJ School & Academy – Reading and Workshop sessions – Mia’s Marvelous Farm Adventure and Homophones. Private event for grades 1-4.
- March 24th – The Humanities Expo, Middle Country School District. This is open to the public, 5:30-7:30pm, @ Newfield High School in Selden.
- March 20th – Author Night @ Manor Oaks School in New Hyde Park, NY.
